Our manufacturer backed warranty covers our structured cabling workmanship for a minimum of 25 years.
In addition to this, all our other systems carry a minimum 1 year warranty and maintenance package as part of our installation;

Our warranties are a standard part of our installation work because we are confident in the quality of materials, experience and training of our engineering teams. All our installation work is commissioned to industry standard and where necessary all test sheets will be provided.
In the unlikely event that you have a system fault, our after sales team or a site engineer will speak with you to assess the problem. Once the fault has been identified, a engineer will visit the site within 4-24 hours free of charge to rectify the fault and test.
We can offer to repair existing network cabling outside warranty within our standard cabling charges. This is also available to customers with an existing network not supplied by us or who have damaged an installation subsequent to installation.
